Our service encompasses property sourcing based on your criteria, accompanied viewings, condition assessments, landlord negotiations, tenancy agreement review, and support through the move-in process. For Hilltop Estate leases, a dedicated property manager is assigned for the duration of your tenancy.
Are there additional fees beyond the monthly rental?
Standard practice in Malaysia includes a security deposit of two months' rent and a utility deposit of half a month's rent. Our service fee is transparent and discussed during the initial consultation. We provide a complete breakdown of all costs before you proceed with any property.
Can I view properties before making a decision?
Absolutely. We arrange viewings at times convenient to you and accompany you to each property. You are encouraged to inspect the premises thoroughly, ask questions about the neighborhood, and take as much time as needed to make an informed decision.
What happens if there are maintenance issues during my tenancy?
Maintenance responsibilities are clearly outlined in the tenancy agreement. For minor issues, we assist in coordinating with the landlord. Hilltop Estate tenants have a dedicated property manager to handle such matters. We maintain open communication throughout your lease term.
